My Website has been updated. New features are the working secrets where I explain how I work. But moreover, I have publish my vision of the future of J-M Creativ. The idea is to create a Creativ House.

This creativ house will have the following features:

being an idea incubator which package the ideas to create Spin-out
Start teaching and training of consultant and people who are willing to be Creativ
Offer to investors a framework where the early ideas can be workout, evaluated or tested before the venturing

NI days: Labview update from National Instrument

Was in the NI days, definitely, Labview is a great tool. Very nice to experiment and create prototype of your application. Will continue to work on it and have the accreditation.

Want to use it for my SLEEP project as well as to create the necessary Heating control for the Green project I am working on

Philips has press released the product that I was working on

During the Simplicity event, Philips show to the press a product onn which I was involved since July 2005. I have been involved to translate the initial idea in a realisable product at affordeable cost. This has been a very challenging project but I am very rpoud of this one.
If you are interested just use a seach engine and type in keywords like: "Philips", "Simplicity"; " Living Colors"

Starting on my own

After being so many years as consultant (Still acting as), I have decided to fly on my own for flexibility purpose since I want to introduce slowly my own ideas to the market.

My company is focusing on "Idea to Concept" managment which is including - Product architecture - Product specification - Product idea creation

I have always a strong link to marketing people and can understand their wishes then I can translate into product features

My long track in CE products gives me also fast price estimation. This help a lot in product definition to score and select good USP's
